FEES
If you should wish to rent a property you will be required to pay a holding fee to secure the property. At this stage you will be provided with an application fom in order for us to complete a credit check on you. On or before the date you move in you will be required to pay a deposit (equivalent to one months rent, one months rent in advance and credit check referencing fees).
TENANCY AGREEMENT
Tenancy agreements will be prepared under an assured shorthold tenancy agreement for a further term of six or twelve months with an option to renew.
